FPGA uses a nice 20-LCC (J-Lead) package that makes FPGA easy to use.External packaging for the Tube series.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.With a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V, it is powered.The memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.Data storage is limited to 256Kb bytes.Supply voltage 5V is required.Various functions can be applied to 20 terminations.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 5.5V should be used.An operating voltage of 4.5V is required in order to supply the device.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 225.SERIAL-process memory transmits data.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 20 pins.In order to better serve the needs, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
