WM9712CLGEFL/RV Overview


Space-saving is achieved by supplying it in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Packaging is done in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Because it is a type of Audio, AC '97, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. Operating performance at -25°C~85°C makes it possible to operate normally. The board is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 1.8V~3.6V. Supply voltage is set to 1.8V~3.6V for the digital circuit. Transmission lines have 48 terminations to prevent signals from reflecting. This device consists of a row of 48-pins. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. Analog signals are converted into digital signals by A/D converters. It operates on a supply voltage of 3.3V. It can be operated from a voltage of 3.3V.
