Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Tray packaging method is used. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Stereo Audio. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -25°C~85°C, it can operate normally. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit receives 1.8V~3.6V as a supply voltage. A supply voltage of 1.8V~3.6V is applied to the digital circuit. In terms of electronics, it is a 48-pin device. The chip is mounted to the PCB using the Surface Mount technology. In order to convert analog signals into digital signals, 2 A/D converters are used. From a supply voltage of 3.6V, it can operate. Digital signals are converted into analog signals using 3 D/A converters. In order to maintain normal use, the operating temperature is set to 85°C. For normal operation, the operating temperature must be set at -25°C at least. In order to transmit data, it is designed with 2 channels.
