VBP104SR Overview


Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Digi-Reel?. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages in order to protect them from damage. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 60V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, the photodiodes may release 215mW heat. A reverse anode voltage of 60V should be applied to the photodiodes. Photodiodes should release 215mW heat in a circuit. DC photodiodes can work properly under reverse voltages of 60V in the DC circuit. Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 1.3V voltage. If you want photodiodes to work, you'll need a breakdown voltage of 60V. The photodiode operates at 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
