TPS40190DRCR Overview

As a result of 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~15V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 300kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
