PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.25V~5.5V. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start.
