TPS3836L30DBVT Overview


There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaging is in the form of a Cut Tape (CT). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.8V volt supply. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.6V. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. There is a 250nA supply current present in the power management.
