Power management is mounted through 14 terminals. Packaged in a Tube-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. As with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 3 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. There are a total of 14 pins on power management. 14 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 4.5V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 15V volts in this PMIC. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 1mA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using TPS3514, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 1mA.
