TPS2104D Overview


A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is included. In Tube cases, it is convenient to pack the part. The part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The voltage that is applied to the circuit is 2.7V~5.5V. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C~85°C must not be reached by this component. It fits perfectly with the component connected to Handheld/Mobile Devices. It is classified as a Source Selector Switch device by the manufacturer. In this case, the FET type can be recognized as N and P-Channel. The part is available with 8 terminations as an option. Pins are attached to it using 8 pins. This device is powered by 5V in order to deliver a high level of performance. For the purpose of running 220; 260, this part's peak reflow temperature is utilized. There is a requirement that the supply current be run for the part at 18μA in order to complete the operation. The minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this part should not be less than 2.7V.
