TLE4913HTSA1 Overview


It is protected against damage by being packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). The magnetic switches are put into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages for safety protection. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 2.5mA. Switches have 3 pins for operation. The file has 3 terminations. Generally, switches should output 2mA current. In order for this switch to function, its maximum voltage should be 5.5V. In normal circumstances, this switch will provide 2.7V voltage to ensure reliable operation. This magnetic switch can provide 2.4V voltage as the minimum voltage. It is possible that the magnetic switches can supply 2.7V voltage when they are in operation.
