TLE49063KHTSA1 Overview


In order to prevent damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Box (TB). To ensure safety, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. The magnetic switches are capable of supplying 6mA as their maximum current. In order to be output, magnetic switches should have a maximum current of 20mA. These switches are capable of providing a maximum current of 6mA. To make the switches work, they have 3 pins. The switches should generally produce a current of 20mA. The magnetic switches can operate at 150°C. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch must not operate at temperatures below -40°C. As far as the maximum voltage is concerned, this electronic component is capable of providing 18V. Switches like these can provide voltages as low as 2.7V.
