TFS7701H Overview


In the 16-SSIP, 12 Leads, Exposed Pad, Formed Leads package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with Up to 11.5V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 66kHz 132kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Through Hole. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Reset. An analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT is connected to the switch converters. The test statistics indicate that DC regulator outputs a voltage of 100V. It is set to 63 % duty cycle to ensure voltage regulator dc to dc reliability during power-ups and power-downs. There are several dc to dc voltage regulator in the HiperTFS?-2 series. It runs on a 960μA supply current.
