SP6120BEY-L/TR Overview

Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. The dc to dc voltage regulator belongs to the AnyFET? series.
