Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tube package is used to mount this receiver.The Receiver can transceiver technology has enabled this part to power many solutions for a variety of uses.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this wide receiver.Power supply for this differential driver is 4.75V~5.25V.As many as 0/4 receivers/drivers are eligible for use on this electronic part.IC receiver's like this are designed for applications requiring a 0°C~70°C operating temperature.This line driver ic can operate efficiently with a supply voltage range of 5V.In this wide receiver, 16 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.There are 16 pinouts available on this transceiver which are market standard.Since the base part number 75ALS193 uniquely identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., you can use it to find more variations.An enhanced power dissipation control driver IC featuring 16 pins.In most cases, the receiver will be specified with a 4-bit resolution.There are two types of input voltage supply available for this IC, 5V.IC5V is a high performance driver IC designed to work with a 5V power supply.Embedded 0 drivers are included on the integrator circuit.It is capable of driving LEDs with a voltage of 35mA as the input voltage to this integrating circuit.As far as I am aware, this transceiver module is composed of 4 circuits in total.
