6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package. As part of this package, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is included. It is available in the Surface Mount version as well. It has full functional Single-Ended output. Configurable Multiple Function logic communication type is used. A higher operating temperature at -40°C~125°C can be achieved. The inputs are all 3-based. There is a series of Automotive, AEC-Q100, 74LVC models based on this model. Power is supplied by a 1.65V~5.5V-shaped connector. Parts with 6 terminations are included in the package.
