SI8506-B-IM Overview


For safety purposes, the current sensors are housed in 12-VFQFN packages. These current sensors are packaged in the Tube to protect the devices from damage. In these current sensors, the maximum output current should be 7mA. Current sensors should not supply a current greater than 7mA. It is imperative that these current sensors be operated at temperatures not below -40°C. But the maximum operating temperature for current sensors should be set to 125°C. In this case, the current sensors were designed for 20A current. This current sensor features 12 pins. During operation, the current sensors may provide 5.5V voltage.
