SI5335D-B01890-GM Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 200MHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C TA, which is -40°C~85°C TA. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL logic levels is presented here. Clock Generator is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as. PF synthesizers is equipped with 24 pins. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
