It saves RF transceiver IC's board space with the 42-VFLGA Exposed Pad package. The RF transceiver's mounting method is Surface Mount.With transceiver RF's high reliability and efficiency, this emerges as a TxRx + MCU.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A transceiver RF circuit board with 42 pins is designed.The frequency of 240MHz~960MHz is used as the basis for RF transceivers operation.
