SD1420-002 Overview


To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in Metal packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 50V in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 75mW heat. When photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -55°C as a minimum operating temperature. A reverse anode voltage of 50V should be applied to the photodiodes. In reverse-biased mode, photodiodes could provide 50V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 5nA current.
