S-1011N33-M6T1U4 Overview


There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached SOT-23-6 functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The IC power comes from the well-known S-1011 series.
