RN5RK361A-TR-FE Overview

PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Connected to a SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. A variety of terminations with 5 of dc switching. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 2V. Statistically, DC regulator outputs 3.6V volts. Considering the dc to dc regulator can only accept 8V input voltage, it is important to take note of this. Total number of functions (s) for thare switch converters are 1. We design voltage regulators switchings with 5 pins. This controller can operate at a frequency up to 120kHz. Switching controller's ambient temperature is limited to 85°C degrees. There should be -40°C temperature at the bottom of the dc to dc voltage regulator.
