PNZ335 Overview

To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Side View packages in order to protect them from damage. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 30V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 30V. Photodiodes exhibit 100pA current even in the absence of light input.
