PI2003-00-SOIG Overview

It comes in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. In Tape & Reel (TR) cases, it is convenient to pack the part. There is a Surface Mount-axis mounted on the part. An electric current of -48V is applied to it. It must not be possible for this component to operate at -40°C~125°C°C as its minimum operating temperature.
