PI2003-00-QEIG Overview

There is a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad case that comes with it. It is suited to pack the part in Tape & Reel (TR) case. Surface Mount is the way the part is mounted. There is a voltage of -48V applied to it. In order for this component to operate properly, its minimum operating temperature must not exceed -40°C~125°C. It fits perfectly with the component connected to N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems. There is a N+1 ORing Controller classification for the device. Among all the types of FETs, there is a type which is known as N-Channel, which can be recognized by its graphical representation. The part is available with 10 terminations. Pins are attached to it using 10 pins. There is a requirement that the supply current be run for the part at 1.5mA in order to complete the operation. 1 outputs are available in the system.
