PDU-V107 Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2-DIP Module packages. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 75V. The photodiode will operate at 400pA current even in the absence of light input.
