PDI-C172SMF Overview

In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to ensure their safety. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 60V voltage per photodiode. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 60V for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 4nA current.
