PDI-C108-F Overview

Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 100V. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 100V for the photodiodes. The photodiode operates at 5nA current even in the absence of light input.
