PDB-V611-1 Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray in order to prevent damage to them. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 25V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 25V continuously in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode will operate at 30nA current even in the absence of light input.
