PDB-V609-3 Overview

To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tray. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 25V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 25V continuously in reverse-bias mode. During the operation of photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -40°C. Photodiodes exhibit 50nA current even in the absence of light input.
