PDB-V609-1 Overview

To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tray is used. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Die packages. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 25V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 25V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 50nA current.
