PDB-V607-2 Overview

Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are protected by Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 25V voltage. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 25V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 25nA.
