PDB-V603-3 Overview

To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 25V if it is continuously reverse-biased. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should be maintained for the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 5nA current even if no light is provided.
