PDB-C613-2 Overview

It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 75V over a continuous period of time. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. For photodiodes to work, the breakdown voltage should be 50V. Without light, a photodiode has 90nA current.
