PDB-C607-2 Overview

To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should be maintained for the photodiodes. If photodiodes are to function, the breakdown voltage should be 100V. A photodiode occurs even at 15nA current without light input.
