PDB-C604-1 Overview

Tray is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 25V voltage. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 25V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 6nA even without light input.
