PDB-C208 Overview

To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 50V in continuous reverse-bias mode. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 50V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 5nA current.
