PDB-C159F Overview

These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Side View packages for safety purposes. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 50V. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 50V permanently. Photodiodes exhibit 5nA current even in the absence of light input.
