PDB-C158F Overview

To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial packages for safety purposes. Photodiodes can only withstand 50V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 50V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. If you want photodiodes to work, you'll need a breakdown voltage of 75V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 2nA current.
