PDB-C154SMF Overview

In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Photodiodes are protected by 1210 (3225 Metric) packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 32V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 32V should be maintained for the photodiodes. It's important to have 170V breakdown voltage to make photodiodes work. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 2nA even without light input.
