PDB-C150SM Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages in order to protect them from damage. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 50V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 50V in reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes have a pin count of 3. Without light, a photodiode has 2nA current.
