PDB-C120 Overview

In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 200V. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 200V permanently. There is 500pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
