PDB-C115 Overview

To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 100V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 100V continuously. The photodiode operates at 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
