PDB-C113 Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes can only withstand 75V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V continuously. To ensure the photodiodes function properly, the breakdown voltage should be 100V. There is 5nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
