PDB-C108 Overview

A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are protected by TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 100V over a continuous period of time. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 100V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 5nA even without light input.
