As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 2-SMD, No Lead packages for safety purposes. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 32V. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. Photodiodes should release 150mW heat in a circuit. It is possible for the photodiodes in the DC circuit to operate under reverse voltage of 32V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 10nA current.
