PD15-22B/TR8 Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 4-SMD, No Lead packages. There are 4 pins on the photodiodes. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 150mW heat. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 32V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 150mW. With the reverse voltage of 32V applied to the DC circuit, the photodiodes can work normally. Photodiodes exhibit 10nA current even in the absence of light input.
