OPR5910 Overview


To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tray. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 35V voltage per photodiode. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 35V for the photodiodes. Pins 4 are present on the photodiodes. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 125°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -55°C. The photodiodes were capable of supplying 35V voltage when operating in reverse-bias mode. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 30nA electrical current.
