ODD-12WB Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 60V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 3nA current.
