NCP81239MNTXG Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~28V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~100°C TA is the -40°C~100°C TArm. This switching controller can switch at 150kHz~1.2MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, On Time Control, Ramp, Soft Start. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at QUAD. A variety of 32 terminations are available in dc switching. 12V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
