MTAPD-07-016 Overview

The photodiodes are packaged in the Strip in order to prevent damage to them. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 6-LCC packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 200V. A continuous voltage of 200V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode conducts 400pA current without light input.
